all caught up Current mood:proud proud PROUD!!!!
So Owen saw his physical therapist today for the 1st itme in 2/3 wks. She comes to our home once a week except has been closed for the holidays. When she last saw Owen he was barely army crawling (he wouldnt do it if you watched) and still wasnt very stable while sitting.
in the last 2/3 weeks he has sat while being stable/balanced, crawls on all 4s really fast, pulls himself to his knees AND standing, cruises the couch (as of 2 days ago), can crawl while holding onto things, took 4 steps in a row with his walker, and knows what HI and BYE are. he will wave at you and has said HI and bye bye and today said Da Da for the 1st time! He has come soo far this last month!...heck, he has come soo far in general! Oh and he uses sippy cups. All this isnt bad considering he is really only 8 mths old. He pulls himself up in the crib and so i think he may move into a toddler bed sooner than we though. SOO not ready for that. ;)
cant believe he will be ONE in 2 mths...WOW!!! So thats about it. i am happy that they think he is right on target now seeing as how he was mths behind when we started therapy at 5 mths old. im soo proud of him. According to his corrected age she said he is ahead! He thinks he is HOT STUFF now! lol
