Aug 24th-Our weekend

Our weekend Current mood: drained
So thursday we went to bed early as we had to leave at 430 AM to bring Sean to the airport before 8am (thats when his flight left) and so we had to pack the car the night before, including the pack n play bassinett. That was the 1st night (21Aug08) Owen slept in the crib and not in our room. I was sad at first but amazingly I did well with it and we didnt even stick the monitor on in there. And even more amazingly when i went to go get him int he morning he had only moved 2 in vs. across the whole crib like he does in the Pac N' Play.
So we dropped sean off and immediatly had to get coffee....Thanks Goodness for Starbucks drive thrus! and then off ot my parents it was for the boys and I. My allergies were soo bad when i had woken up that morning and have since gotten worst and so have the boys' allergies. Vinny brokeout for the 1st time sinc eh was like 11 mths and of ocurse i didnt pack his allergy meds. luckily i had owens and mine but mine didtn help but the Benadryl helped Owen a lot. So ya, our allergies have turned into colds now and we are all miserable now.UGH!
Sat we went to the Kitsap County Fair and Rodeos. brings back memories of the old 4-H days! But ehy had something new there this year. they had a barn full of exotic animals. i posted pics. they had zebas, reindeers and all sorts of exotic animals you normally dont see. It was cool. VInny is obsessed with animals so i figured hed eat it all up but nope. We tried to get him to pet teh Llama and he jsut yelled "NO LLAMA! NO LLAMA!" Sandra and I started laughing. He didnt want to do the petting zoo either. I think part of it was that he was soo hot as it was over 80 there. I was getting tired fast too frmo the heat. so we thought wed get an ice cream cone as we saw people walking around with them...NOT FOR $3.00 a cone.....NO WAY!!! SO we left and went to wendys and ate lunch and got frostys for 1.49!!! 3 bucks was a bit rediculous ot me.
Anyways, we are back home now and my cell may die on me so call the hosue if you want to get ahold of me or message me on here as sean took the charger with him to Maryland. Hope everyone is feeling better than us!
